Movement, balance, flow. How do you flow?

Focus on this thought: Self Expression as one of many forms of fitness. How fit are you when it comes to saying what you mean, meaning what you say? Expressing yourself.

How do you speak in public, or in front of your team? How do you form your opinion, find yourself, how to define your passions, when you don’t quite know always how to understand your own thoughts, beliefs, values & abilities. How can you start in business, start in personal branding, stand out in your career path if you haven’t nutured yourself to see yourself & feel yourself in amongst life’s many journeys? Performing arts, arts, culture, the art of creating & expressing, allowing growth & life’s lessons to sink deeply & also to pass through you; these are all much like the process of a caterpillar transforming into a butterfly.

Focus on simply nothing but doing. Provide yourself tasks to focus on so that you can move, balance & flow. Attempt a physical flow like tai chi, yoga, swim, other sports, express your mood or concept through dance, art or creating your own style. Sing & allow the song to be simply sung, let yourself go when singing in the shower. Wear that winged tip eyeliner because it expresses what you stand for & how good you feel inside. These are all examples of movement, balance & flow. These aid in your self-expression.

With flow comes ease, in every situation. Everywhere.
