The intense desire, or boundless enthusiasm that thrusts us toward certain pursuits is often referred to as our passions. These are ever-present entities that drive much of the course of our lives and decision-making.
It is in instances where passion grabs hold of someone, and their intention is already in line with that passion, that great things may be accomplished.
But firstly, to achieve success in this process one must begin with setting and re-aligning their desires to define “what” they want to achieve or “where” one hopes to be (your intentions). Helping you to discover “why” you want this (your purpose).
It is this collision of your intentions and discovering one’s purpose that creates an atmosphere suitable for success. And it is the burning fire of passion that drives such success.
It sustains itself to be the magnitude of energy that forces us to act, in a meaningful way, on our intentions. It is ambition that is materialized into action. Ultimately, it works to define us, and remind us why we do what we do.
The force of your convictions to your passions can become highly contagious. In fact, expressive passion stirs a level of curiosity in others. It affords them the sight to see your vision. They then can begin to share that vision, and the drive to achieve it. This works to create highly cohesive team dynamics and value. Thus, increasing the likelihood of completing one’s intention.
In essence, aligning our passions with our intention may serve as the most imperative step towards achieving our goals. As it is the force of wind that pushes us forward into the unknown, strong and willing to endure whatever is to come to achieve what we most desire.

Make a creativity board
This involves the creation of a visual collage of images, quotes, articles, poems and other things that inspire you. The idea behind this activity is that when you surround yourself with images of your intention, your passions will grow and become more important to you, becoming a driving force in your life. And as this ‘creativity board’ evolves and becomes more focused, one may begin to identify what is missing and fill in the gaps to realize their ultimate vision.
